Beds made in Latvia
Podrez builds its beds in the same Latvian factory as its sofas: 456 options priced €218–466, ten model families in every standard width, each in two builds — the base version with a lift-up mechanism and a full-size linen niche, or the Classic series with an all-plywood frame on wooden legs. The warranty is 2 years, 10 on the frame, honoured locally.
Start from the section that fits: double beds from €312, single beds from €218, beds with a storage box, beds on legs, children's beds and beds with a mattress.
Two practical rules: pick a sleeping surface 10–15 cm longer than your height, and keep about 70 cm of walking space beside the bed. The mattress is deliberately sold separately — frames last decades, mattresses are personal; our own line starts at €117.
How much does a bed cost?
Singles from €218, doubles from €312, up to €466 in premium fabrics — sale prices are flagged in the catalogue.
Classic or base version — what's the difference?
Both store your bedding. The base version has a chipboard frame sitting directly on the floor: the sleeping surface lifts on its mechanism and the whole area underneath is a storage niche. The Classic frame is built entirely from plywood as two rectangular boxes — a bottom panel with side walls — which hold the bedding; the boxes stand on 10 cm wooden legs, so the floor under the bed stays reachable for cleaning. A metal slat frame can be added for a surcharge, selectable right on the product page.
