Mattresses in Riga: Podrez's own line
The Balance, Simple and Teddy mattresses are Podrez's own line — designed and produced exclusively for us, with a 2-year warranty. Five widths are stocked, 90×200 to 180×200 cm, priced from €117, and every model can be tried in person at three Riga showrooms: Imanta (Jūrmalas gatve 1), Kengarags (Ķengaraga iela 1) and the city centre (Krišjāņa Barona iela 59/61, 2nd floor).
Four lines, honest differences
- Simple Memory, from €117 — the budget pick: 13 layers, Bonnell spring unit, memory foam, 20 cm tall. Double-sided — firmer (6/10) and softer (4/10).
- Balance Memory, from €153 — optimal comfort: 13 layers, Pocket Spring independent coils, 27 cm tall, sides rated 7/10 and 4/10.
- Balance Coconut, from €187 — the firmest line: 14 layers, Pocket Spring plus a 2 cm coconut-fiber layer for extra firmness and back support. 31 cm tall, sides 8/10 and 5/10 — best for back sleepers.
- Teddy Lux, from €176 — the premium line in Teddy fabric: 15 comfort layers, Pocket Spring, 28 cm tall, with a soft 4/10 and a firmer 6/10 side.
Every line is double-sided: flip the mattress to change firmness and even out the wear.

Delivery and warranty
Delivery takes 1–5 days in Riga and up to two weeks elsewhere in Latvia (longer at production peaks or for custom orders). The warranty is 2 years, and because the maker is local, warranty cases are handled here in Latvia rather than shipped abroad. Questions: +371 203 255 66.
How much does a 160×200 mattress cost?
From €186 (Simple Memory) to €304 (Balance Coconut). It is the most common double size, so all four lines carry it.
Are these orthopedic mattresses?
We don't call them orthopedic — they haven't been certified as such. If firm back support is what you're after, Balance Coconut is the closest match: a 2 cm coconut-fiber layer and an 8/10-firm side.
Can I try a mattress before buying?
Yes — all three Riga showrooms display the range, and since every model is double-sided, try both sides while you're there.
