Within one working day, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the order, delivery and your wishes. After that, your order goes into production, and as soon as it is ready, we will contact you again and inform you about the readiness of the order.

Usually you can receive your order within 48 hours after placing the order! If you have made an order from a non-standard fabric, or a non-standard size, the order will be made a little longer. In some cases, production can take up to two weeks. At the same time, we always inform about delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We usually deliver orders to the entrance door of an apartment building or to the gate of a private house. But our couriers are ready to carry furniture into an apartment or house for an additional fee. This is an additional service that you can select in the product card. All our furniture is easy and quick to assemble using improvised tools, we also provide a furniture assembly service upon delivery for an additional fee. You can select this option in the product card on our website. Please note that the final price for delivery and assembly may change depending on the floor, the presence of an elevator, assistance from the receiving party, etc.
